RoundGlass Sports had bought 50% of Minerva Punjab FC last year which led to the club being rebranded to Punjab FC and then RoundGlass Sports bought the remaining 50% from Ranjit and Heena Bajaj to take 100% charge of the club, who will play as RoundGlass Punjab FC or in short as RG Punjab FC from now on.
The new logo kept in red, orange and yellow highlights the colours of the state of Punjab and the RoundGlass group, who own RoundGlass Sports.
