The Premier League’s all-time leading goalscorer Alan Shearer has expressed his dismay at the current state of his former club Blackburn Rovers, with whom he had won the EPL title in the 1994/95 season, and are currently languishing near the bottom of the second tier in English football.
He was speaking about it to NDTV and other Premier League matters on an official India visit.
