Werder Bremen eSports and UMBRO have joined forces to drop a new jersey.
Formed in July 2018, Werder Bremen eSports compete in the Virtual Bundesliga Championship. The team’s roster currently includes three professional esports athletes – “Megabit”, “Fifabio” and “PredatorFIFA”.
For the 2021/22 season, the jersey pays homage to the people of Bremen who are referred to as “Nordlichter” (Northern Lights). This is shown on the front with a vibrant graphic featuring a spectrum of colours just like the aurora borealis.
Further details include a crew-neck collar and trims popped on green and white.
