Xavi Hernandez announces he is to leave FC Barcelona on June 30!

FC Barcelona head coach Xavi Hernández has announced that he is leaving the Club on June 30, 2024. The blaugrana boss made the statement in the post-game press conference at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys following the 3-5 LaLiga defeat against Villarreal CF.

Xavi Hernandez had joined FC Barcelona on November 6, 2021 from Qatari side Al Sadd SC and since then has been on the bench for 122 club matches.

But in the recent past, the performances and results haven’t been the best with speculations that there were problems between the coach and his squad.
