XtraTime VIDEO: Could CFL Premier Division A & B be merged?

As XtraTime reports, Kolkata clubs have requested the IFA (West Bengal) to consider to merge the Calcutta Football League – Premier Division A & B.

But the IFA also has to see what their Big Three clubs say to this request from the smaller clubs.
