As XtraTime reports, East Bengal Club have been active without Shree Cement to sign local Bengal players for the upcoming new season.

It looks like the red and gold want to have a squad in place with or without Shree Cement as a partner with the club committing to play in the Calcutta Football League, IFA Shield and Durand Cup.
