As XtraTime reports from Kolkata, long-time Indian Football Association (West Bengal) honorary secretary Utpal Kumar Ganguli will stand down before the next IFA elections.
Utpal Ganguli had taken-up the job in 2007 and has run the IFA administration for the last 12 years.
