As XtraTime reports from Kolkata, the West Bengal government has come forward to support the IFA (West Bengal) in hosting the Second Division League, if given the opportunity by the AIFF.

And the Kalyani Municipal Stadium is the preferred venue if Kolkata is chosen, which would be an advantage for Mohammedan Sporting Club and Bhowanipore FC.
