24/Street: adidas’ expedition into the heart of Germany’s street football – Munich!

With a new video series adidas Football starts an expedition in the heart of the street football scene of Germany. Under the title 24/Street, six episodes will focus on street football in the metro cities of Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. The series is told from the perspective of Max Galys, the football fans know him as a member of the Freekickerz, one of the largest football youtube channels in the world.

Max travels from city to city with a backpack from city to city, looking for the hottest football venues in the republic, be it backyards, house roofs, skate parks, a quiet swimming pool or THE BASE Berlin, the centre for street football in the middle of the capital. On his discovery tour through urban Germany, Max meets street footballers from different backgrounds and gets an insight into their lifestyle and the life philosophy of the football pitches. Max also meets the protagonists of the big stadium football, for example the Bundesliga stars David Alaba and Leo Bittencourt.

In the second episode UEFA Champions League winner David Alaba will show unprecedented dance skills on Munich’s golf courses.
