I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC have announced the signing of right-back Abhishek Das for the 2018/19 season.
24 year old Kolkata-born Abhishek Das is a product of the Tata Football Academy. In 2010 he signed for East Bengal Club and spend six seasons at the Kolkata giants, but he had extended loan spells at the Pailan Arrows, United Sikkim FC and twice with Chennaiyin FC in ISL-1 and ISL-2.
In 2016, Abhishek Das shifted to the archrivals Mohun Bagan AC but he returned to Chennaiyin FC for ISL-3. Mohun Bagan again signed Abhishek Das for the 2017/18 season.
Now Abhishek Das leaves Kolkata to join Gokulam Kerala FC, where he will hope to establish himself in his right-back position.
