2017 FIFA Interactive World Cup: 19 football clubs to feature for the first time!

With six teams announced 15 days ago, six more last week and the last seven this Monday, we all now know which 19 clubs will be lining up at the inaugural FIFA Interactive Club World Cup, to be held in London on August 5.

Up for grabs at the event will be the last two spots at the FIWC 2017 Grand Final, which will also take place in the UK capital, on August 16-18.

The last seven clubs announced are Ajax Amsterdam (Netherlands), AS Roma (Italy), FC Nantes (France), Feyenoord Rotterdam (Netherlands), New York City FC (USA), VfB Stuttgart (Germany), and Atletico River Plate (Argentina).

Earlier the second set of six teams announced were Olympique Lyonnais (France), VfL Wolfsburg (Germany), PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands), Heracles Almelo (Netherlands), West Ham United (England), and Sporting CP of Lisbon (Portugal).

The first six confirmed clubs were Brøndby IF (Denmark), Manchester City (England), Paris Saint-Germain (France), FC Schalke 04 (Germany), Sampdoria Genoa (Italy); FC Valencia (Spain).

Well-known faces

Some of the players who will be lining up for their clubs in London excelled in this season’s regional finals, among them “Dr Erhano X” (VfB Stuttgart), “Poacher” (AS Rome), “Quinten X” (Feyenoord) and “AFC Ajax Dani”.

Also taking a seat at the event will be leading French gamer “Vinch”, who signed for FC Nantes last December, while “FranoPlay” (River Plate) and “didychrislito” (New York City) will be representing the only non-European clubs in the competition.
