2020 CONCACAF Men’s Olympic Qualifiers Update!

All Member Associations participating in the 2020 CONCACAF Men’s Olympic Qualifying are following strict health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 testing prior to and during the competition.

Ahead of today’s semifinal matches, the delegations of Canada, Honduras, Mexico and USA have conducted their final round of COVID-19 testing for this competition and there are no new positive cases for the team delegations.

In the case of the match officials, in the latest round of testing of the entire group of referees for this competition, there is one new positive Covid-19 case. The individual is isolating and complying with Concacaf protocols and all laws and regulations imposed by local authorities.

CONCACAF is working to ensure the required support is available to the individual who has tested positive.
