64 Girls take part in AIFF organised Grassroots Festival!

aiff-grassroots-festival-girlsThe All India Football Federation organised a Grassroots Festival for the girls at the Shree Ram World School in New Delhi on Saturday, October 22.

The festival was aimed at reaching more kids and to engross them in the beautiful game of Football. It was an affair of two sessions which saw 40 and 24 girls taking part respectively in the Grassroots Festival. The intriguing factor was that even parents got themselves involved as volunteer coaches.

Ms Manisha was the in-charge of the Grassroots Festival and she was aided by four other D Licensed coaches.

AIFF Technical Director Scott O’Donell shared some time with the kids and encouraged them to play the game more often.
