Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC have announced the signing of young midfielder Vignesh Daskhinamurthy for the 2018/19 season.
20 year old Bengaluru-born Vignesh Daskhinamurthy, also known as Vignesh D, has been at the Ozone Football Academy before making it to the Ozone FC senior side and he was part of their Second Division League side last season.
Mumbai City FC CEO Indranil Das Blah said, “We have great faith in Vignesh. He is young, talented and is full of promise. We are delighted to welcome him into the MCFC family.”
Currently Vignesh D. is part of India’s young squad at the ongoing SAFF Cup in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
