Bengaluru FC U-13s begin Sub-Junior League with a 4-1 win!

Bengaluru FC got off to a winning start in the Hero Sub-Junior League with a 4-1 win over Football Academy of Bangalore at the FSV Arena in Hennur, Bengaluru on Sunday.

In a 70-minute game, Sahrudai Vaddi netted the opener in the 8th minute before former Bengaluru FC player Mir Mohamad Moosa equalized in the 32nd minute. Jayed Mohammad put the Young Blues 2-1 up in the second minute of injury time in the first half to give the visitors the lead going into the breather.

Gogocha Chungkham (62’) and Sahrudai (65’) netted in quick succession in the final ten minutes of the second half as Ajay Chorge’s boys sealed a first win of the campaign.

Bengaluru FC now play Raman Sports Academy in Bellary on January 19.
