AIFF Disciplinary Committee fines Kerala Blasters for ISL misconduct!

The All India Football Federation Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned a fine of Rs 600,000 (6 Lakhs) to Kerala Blasters FC for two separate incidents of ‘Team Misconduct’ and ‘Liability For Spectator Conduct’ under the AIFF Disciplinary Code Article 53A and Article 68 respectively.

Five players of Kerala Blasters FC were sanctioned by the Match Referee during the Indian Super League Match no 56 (vs NorthEast United FC) held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi on December 4, 2016 for which AIFF Disciplinary Committee sanctioned the home club Rs 200,000.

The AIFF Disciplinary Committee held Kerala Blasters responsible for home fans’ misconduct and damage to stadium property, sanctioning Rs 400,000 to the club.

The amount needs to be deposited by the club with AIFF within ten days.
