Mizoram’s lone I-League side Aizawl FC have brought back striker T. Lalnunpuia to his home state ahead of India’s premier football competition.
23 year old T. Lalnunpuia was part of the SAIL-Mohun Bagan Football Academy and he came to national prominence in the 2013/14 season with Rangdajied United FC of Shillong, for whom he scored five goals on their and his I-League debut.
Now he returns to his home state to help Aizawl FC to first stay in the I-League and then finish as high as possible.
