The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) with profound grief and shock, the Office Bearers and its Members in deep sorrow and condolence on the sad and untimely demise of former player Kishore Das who breathed his last today early morning at around 6am in Rourkela after a prolonged illness. He was 63 years old.
He had the honour of representing Odisha State in the Santosh Trophy in the early 1980s and has played for various famous club of Odisha state with Jay Durga Club being one of them.
He was an employee of Rourkela Steel Plant. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
