The office bearers and members of the Football Association of Odisha (FAO) have expressed its deep sorrow and condolence on the sad demise of Suresh Kumar Samal, who breathed his last yesterday, May 19, 2023 at Cuttack after brief illness. He was 63 years old.
Suresh Kumar Samal had the honour of representing Odisha in the Santosh Trophy for several years.
He is survived by one son and wife. He was an employee of Directorate of Fisheries.
