The CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber has announced its decision to refer the case of Turkish Süperlig side Galatasaray AS back to the CFCB Investigatory Chamber for further investigation.
Following the decision of the Chief Investigator of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) to conclude a settlement agreement with Galatasaray AS and the subsequent decision of the CFCB Chairman to send it for review by the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber, the latter announced on Friday, October 5 its decision to refer the case back to the CFCB Investigatory Chamber for further investigation. Meanwhile, the settlement agreement concluded on June 13, 2018 remains in force, until further notice.
