Hyderabad FC go down to FC Goa in Fatorda!

Despite a resolute first-half performance at Fatorda, Hyderabad FC were done in by a clinical FC Goa side on Friday, April 5.

Noah Sadoui (47’,54’,59’) and Carlos Martinez (84’) took the game away from the Nawabs after the break.

Skipper Joao Victor put in a commendable performance in the middle of the park but the Yellow and Black were not on their toes for most of the game.

Former Hyderabad FC star Mohammad Yasir picked up a couple of assists on the night.

However, the likes of Mark Zothanpuia, Muhammed Rafi and Makan Chothe, all gave a good account of themselves on the night for Hyderabad at Fatorda.

This is Hyderabad FC’s first loss at Fatorda in over three years. They will now aim to end the season on a high this weekend.

The Nawabs conclude their 2023-24 league campaign with Kerala Blasters visiting the Gachibowli Stadium on Friday, April 12.
