Kerala beat Karnataka in Sub-Junior National Championship – South Zone to qualify for finals!

The Kerala Sub-Junior boys qualified for the Sub-Junior National Football Championship finals after beating Karnataka 2-0 in the South Zone qualifiers in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu.

The Kerala sub-junior boys took an early 5th minute lead through a goal from Ashwin. It stayed this way until the half time break.

Kerala would seal the win in the 67th minute when Shahit would score his teams second goal of the day.

In the end the 2-0 win for Kerala would mean that they qualify for the Sub-Junior National Football Championship finals from the South Zone.
