Maharashtra names state squad for 71st Santosh Trophy – West Zone qualifiers!

The Western India Football Association has announced their final Maharashtra state men’s team for the 71st Santosh Trophy – West Zone qualifiers in Madhya Pradesh.

Floyd Dharmai has been named captain with Abhishek Ambekar as the vice-captain, while former India international Godfrey Pereira has been named as the Head Coach accompanied by Manager Eugene Norbert and Physiotherapist Pushkar Ganoo.

Maharashtra face Rajasthan later today and hosts neighbours Gujarat (January 8) in Group B of the West qualifiers.
