On the eve of Dia de Los Muertos — Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday that celebrates and pays respect to the lives of deceased friends and family — Pumas Club will honor all its players, past and present, with a new Day of the Dead jersey. The intent: To bond current young players to the club’s transformative legends.
This goal is achieved through the jersey design’s golden colour, a hue that has always defined the club’s identity, and the large-scale iconic Pumas graphic displayed on the chest, showing an underneath intervention of honorary crossbones. The “V” neckline has a navy-blue strip, and on the back, a band highlighting the golden Pumas shield.
