24 year old Guwahati-born Alen Deory Damlong started off at the SAI – Guwahati with time at the Tata Football Academy, IMG Academy (Florida), the AIFF Elite Academy and the Shillong Lajong FC Academy.
It was at Shillong Lajong FC that Alen Deory made his senior debut. spend time on loan with NorthEast United FC before joining Mumbai City FC in 2018 but only played one game over two seasons.
