Mumbai City FC sign Arnold Nkufo Issoko of Congo!

Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC have announced their seventh and final foreign signing ahead of ISL-5 with Arnold Nkufo Issoko of Congo.

The 26 year old Kinshasa-born Arnold Nkufo Issoko left his native Congo in his teenage years after plaing football locally to join SC Freamunde in Portugal.

Arnold Issoko, who can play as a right-back and winger, made his senior debut for Porto-based side Rebordosa AC in 2011. Thereafter he joined AD Os Limianos before spending time at GD Chaves, Pedras Salgadas on loan and Vitoria de Setubal.

Now he leaves Portgual to move to India to join Mumbai City FC, whose coach Jorge Costa said about his latest signing, “I have seen Arnold and like his commitment and spirit. He will be perfect for us.”
