The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) is conducting the 2023 Referee Refresher Course at the OCA Conference Hall at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack from Thursday, April 20 to Saturday, April 22, 2023.
The All India Football Federation’s Instructor for the course is Supriya Bhattacharya.
Others present at the opening were Durga Madhab Naik (Head of the Referee, FAO) and Mohammed Shahid Jabbar (Joint Secretary, FAO) along with Sahadev Rout as the observers from Football Association of Odisha.
A total of 35 referees are attending this course.
