As NNIS reports from Goa, FIFA president Gianni Infantino was witness to a couple of presentations that focused on the need to restructure Indian football. The proposals, mainly targeting at making ISL a top tier league next year and relegating I-League to the second division have forced the legacy clubs to complain about the step-motherly treatment with Salgaocar FC and Sporting Clube threatening to exit the I-League.
