VIDEO – XtraTime: IFA & Mohun Bagan meet, Mariners agree to play CFL derby!

Calcutta Football LeagueXtraTime reports yesterday the Indian Football Association (West Bengal) secretary Utpal Ganguli and officials of Mohun Bagan AC met in Kolkata to discuss the clubs participation in the Calcutta Football League derby against archrivals East Bengal Club, which originally the Mariners had said they would not play this season.

Now after the meeting there is good news for football fans as Mohun Bagan in principle has agreed to play the match depending on a positive response from their board, while the IFA has agreed to share 25% of ticket revenues each with both the clubs but cannot give anything from television revenues as there is none as per Utpal Ganguli.
