World football governing body FIFA yesterday released the latest FIFA Women’s Ranking in which our Indian Women gain a spot to be 57th amongst the 132 ranked nations.
The India Women have 1,412 points just like last quarter and are behind Israel but ahead of Turkey in the FIFA Women’s Ranking.
The Top Five in the FIFA Women’s Ranking remains unchanged with 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup winners USA (2,168 pts) in top spot ahead of Germany (2115, pts), France (2064, pts), England (2,021 pts) and Australia (2,011 pts).
