24 year old Lisandro Martinez was born in Gualeguay playing for Club Urquiza, Club Libertad, and Newell’s Old Boys in his youth.
Lisandro Martinez made his senior debut at Newell’s Old Boys, but had his breakthrough at Argentine Primera División rivals Defensa y Justicia.
He moved to Ajax Amsterdam in 2019 and since then has established himself as a centre-back and now moves to Manchester United.
