Indian Super League franchise NorthEast United FC have announced the signing of French defender Zakaria Diallo for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
35 year old Équemauville-born Zakaria Diallo is of French-Senegalese decent. In his youth he played for AS Treauville-Deauville and Le Havre AC.
Zakaria Diallo at senior level played for AS Beauvais Oise, Sporting Charleroi in Belgium, Dijon FCO, AC Ajaccio, Stade Brest, Montreal Impact in the North American MLS, RC Lens and this season for Kuwaiti club Al-Shabab before now moving on to NorthEast United FC.
The Highlanders will hope that experienced Zakaria Diallo can add defensive stability at the back.
