New Caledonia call up 21 players for 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India!

New Caledonia U-17 head coach Dominique Wacalie has announced his 21-member squad for the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India.

New Caledonia, one of two representatives in the competition from the Oceania Football Confederation, has never qualified for a FIFA World Cup at any age group before and the Wacalie’s team is looking forward to leave a mark in India.

The Oceanian country will face France in their Group E opening match at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati on October 8, before they face Honduras at the same venue three days later. New Caledonia then travel to Kolkata to play their final group stage match against Japan at the Saltlake Stadium on October 14.
