Indian Super League champions Mumbai City FC and its Director of Football Watson Fernandes have announced that they have parted ways.
I had brought Watson Fernandes to Mumbai City FC as team manager in 2014 just after the club had been founded ahead of the inaugural season of the Indian Super League.
Watson Fernandes has spend seven seasons with the Islanders and from team manager has worked his way up to be finally the Director of Football at the franchise before his departure now.
Watson leaves Mumbai City FC after they had lifted the ISL Shield and the league title in season seven of the Indian Super League.
