CAF has postponed today’s Total Energies CAF Champions League fixture between KMKM SC and Al Ittihad.
This is because of challenges faced by Al Ittihad while traveling to Zanzibar to participate in the fixture resulting in them arriving in the early hours of matchday.
The late arrival affected the implementation of COVID 19 protocols including performing PCR tests and receiving the results prior to kick-off time of the match.
The fixture has been postponed by 24 hours and will now be played on September 12, 2021 at Amaan Stadium.
