Odisha FC confirmed that East Bengal officially triggered and activated the release clause for goalkeeper Kamaljit Singh. An agreement was reached between both the clubs over the immediate payment of the release clause amount.
Kamaljit Singh has completed his transfer to East Bengal and leaves Odisha FC after two seasons with the club.
26 year old Punjab-born Kamaljit Singh is an AIFF Elite Academy product. At senior level he has played for Sporting Clube de Goa, Minerva Punjab FC, FC Pune City and Hyderabad FC.
