A one-off piece of history for all Eintracht Frankfurt fans!

125 years of Eintracht Frankfurt! That’s a lot of fulfilled and some unfulfilled dreams, all kinds of tears, goals and triumphs. From March 8, 1899 to the present day, 15 founding fathers have become over 139,000 members. In order to represent this rich history and make it tangible to all parts of the large Eintracht family, this unique special shirt is dedicated to the origins of the magical SGE.

All-over design with founding charter

A large section of the founding charter is emblazoned on the front of the all-black kit, enhanced by the central anniversary motif in gold. The club crest on the chest is reminiscent of one of Eintracht’s first badges and is also gold-coloured, emphasising the club’s roots.

This design thread runs through all elements of the all-over print. Whether it’s the iconic Swoosh from supplier Nike in a 3D look, or the message “Gründung des Clubs am 8. März 1899” (“Founding of the club on 8 March 1899″) embedded in the back of the collar: everything catches the eagle eye in the anniversary colours and resembles the handwritten founding document thanks to the ornate letters.

The same applies to the golden printing on the back. Here, “Frankfurt” is written above the shirt number, with the name underneath. The Bundesliga logo can be found on the right sleeve, albeit completely in black to match the special jersey, i.e. tone on tone.

€5 per shirt for the Eintracht Museum

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our main sponsor Indeed, which is foregoing its presence on the chest of the jersey to mark this historic occasion. The main sponsor, which has played a key role in Eintracht Frankfurt’s recent successes for almost seven years now, honours the 125th anniversary with a message on the inside back neck of the jersey. Sleeve partner ELOTRANS reload also refrains from a placement and leaves the left sleeve to the Eintracht Frankfurt Museum. In keeping with the occasion, Indeed and Eintracht Frankfurt will donate five euros per shirt sold to the Eintracht Frankfurt Museum to help preserve the club’s tradition.

Men and women to revive history

The shirt will be on display on the pitch in the home match against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at Deutsche Bank Park on March. Eintracht Women will also wear the historic kit in their crunch clash against FC Bayern Munich at the Stadion am Brentanobad on March 9.
