The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) requires a Head of Sports Legal Services, Disciplinary and Governance.
The candidate must be a qualified lawyer with relevant undergraduate, postgraduate and professional qualifications in the legal field, who will be tasked to manage a team of lawyers, paralegals and other persons assigned to the Sports Legal Services, Disciplinary and Governance unit.
The candidate is required to have a thorough understanding of football and football governance at the global level, and how legal issues affect football organisations; with at least seven years of recent, up-to-date experience working in relevant legal positions in an international sports organisation (preferably in football) and demonstrable expertise in sports disciplinary matters and experience of Court of Arbitration for Sport processes and procedures.
