AFC signs media rights deal with Sky Network Television Limited!

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has today announced Sky Network Television Limited (Sky) as their new media partner in New Zealand. The two-year deal from 2021 to 2022 includes the AFC Asian Qualifiers – Road to Qatar, the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup – India 2022, as well as the AFC Champions League featuring Asia’s top forty clubs.

Sky Network Television Limited, one of the biggest broadcasting companies in New Zealand, offers pay television services, media streaming services and broadband internet services. With the addition of the AFC competitions, Sky rounds up its premium sport content portfolio including the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023, the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League, the German Bundesliga, and the Italian Serie A.
