Mizoram Premier League leaders Aizawl FC showed their intent to hold on to their MPL crown as they thrashed FC Bethlehem in a 7-2 victory.
The defending champions were able to score four in the first half with Jeremy Laldinpuia opening the scoring in the 9th minute.
David Lalhlansanga and MS Dawngliana both followed suit with Lalthasiama rounding up the scoring before the break.
MS Dawngliana added his second right after halftime and was soon followed by David. FC Bethlehem scored twice through Lalrintluanga who found the net either side of Dawngtea completing his hattrick in the second half.
The win sees Aizawl FC with a 10 point lead after round 12.
