English kit maker UMBRO has announced that the double diamond is returning to Ewood Park and they’ll once again be the official kit supplier for English Championship side Blackburn Rovers FC.
The five year partnership starts from the 2016/17 season and will see UMBRO provide technical kit and lifestyle sportswear for all levels of Rovers teams.
UMBRO and Blackburn Rovers have a long history together, with the Double Diamond adorning the club’s famous blue and white halved shirts as recently as 2013.
Blackburn Rovers have one of the richest histories in English football – established in 1875, they’re founder members of both the Football League and the Premier League, and one of only six clubs to be crowned English Premier League champions.
UMBRO can’t wait to start working with the club as they look to kick off their new season in style.
