Club Brugge, top club of Belgian soccer, currently holding its 16th national title, and Macron have presented the new uniforms that the Blauw en Zwart will wear during the 2020/21 season.
The new ‘Home’ maintains the traditional colours black and light blue, vertical stripes and diagonal lines in matching tone, a pattern that echoes the style of the crest in sublimated print. The mandarin collar is made of a knit material with light blue edges and the backneck is personalized with the club crest and the year the club was founded, 1891. The phrase “NO SWEAT NO GLORY” is embroidered in light blue thread on the edge of the back collar.
The version “Away” comes in white with diagonal matching lines that echo the style of the crest in sublimated print. The V neck has black and light blue edges, the backneck is personalized and on the edge of the back collar again the motto “NO SWEAT NO GLORY” is embroidered in the two colours, black and light blue. The Macron Hero stands out on the right side of the chest, and the crest is on the left.
The new kits have been designed through a process of collaboration between the club and the design team of the Italian sports brand. Both have worked to ensure that the colours, symbols and history of the club are represented in the kits while also ensuring the technical performance quality that Macron is renowned for.
