Deportivo La Coruna & Macron present 1995 homage of home kit!

Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña and Macron celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1995 Copa del Rey victory when the Galician club defeated CF Valencia in the final at the “Santiago Bernabeu” in Madrid. The Home shirt is a clear tribute to that ‘Súper Depor’ team that won not only the Copa del Rey but also the Spanish Super Cup by beating Real Madrid.

The Home shirt, with polo collar, keeps retains the traditional white and blue vertical stripes, however the stripes are longer centrally and shorter on the sides resulting in a right angle at the chest. This is an obvious reference to the shirt that the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña wore 25 years ago, when it established itself as one of the principal clubs of Spanish and international football.

The success of ‘95 is also recalled in the backneck which has been customised with the club colours, the club emblem and the writing ‘ESPIRITO’ 95 ‘. The tribute is also found in the elastic tape on the bottom of the shirt with the words RC DEPORTIVO A CORUÑA 1906 CAMPIÓNS 1995 (with each word interspersed with the image of the Copa del Rey). The image of the cup and the inscription PEL’95 are printed on the rear of the neck.

The Macron Hero, logo of the Italian brand, sits on the right side of the chest and while the crest of Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña with the inscription 25 ANIVERSARIO CAMPIÓNS COPA DO REI 1995 in silver sits on the left over the heart side.

The slim fitting coupled with micromesh inserts promote breathability and airflow. The kit is completed by blue shorts with a white drawstring, exactly like 25 years ago, and blue socks with the Macron Hero on the front and DEPOR written on the calf.
