FC Seoul signs former England international Jesse Lingard!

FC Seoul has announced that it has signed the biggest name in the history of the K-League in former England international Jesse Lingard

FC Seoul’s signing of Lingard is big news in the Korean football world in itself. Lingard is a former Manchester United player, who has spent 13 years playing exclusively in English game since his professional debut.

He was also selected for the England national team and played in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, where he led his country to the quarterfinals. It’s a K-League challenge for a player with the best name value in the 41-year history of the K-League. This is enough news to catch the eyes and ears of Korean football fans.

FC Seoul has been leading the K-League and has been taking the lead in recruiting big names with both ability and popularity, and has been steadily making impactful attempts to drive the rise of the K-League as well as the development of Korean football.
