Top of the Indian Super League table side Kerala Blasters have announced the signing of Lithuania captain Fedor Cernych as the replacement of injured Adrian Luna for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.
32 year old Fedor Ivanovič Černych, who was born in Moscow to Lithuanian parents, started off his football at the Vilnius Football School before going on to play for Granitas Vilnius, where he would make his senior debut.
He then played for Belarussian side Dnepr Mogilev with a loan spell at rivals Naftan Novopolotsk.
Fedor Cernych then moved to play for Polish sides Górnik Łęczna and Jagiellonia Białystok before moving to Russian giants Dynamo Moscow with a loan spell at FC Orenburg.
Fedor Cernych then returned to play for Jagiellonia Białystok in the Polish Ekstraklasa.
In the second half of 2023, Fedor Cernych played for AEL Limassol in Cyprus.
Now Fedor Cernych takes a free transfer to southern India to join the Kerala Blasters and he will have to fill the big shoes of Adrian Luna.
