India’s AFC Champions League qualifier to be broadcast by Sony Sports Network & FanCode!

India’s AFC Champions League qualifier between Jamshedpur FC and Mumbai City FC on Tuesday, April 4 will be broadcast by Sony Sports Network and FanCode.

Jamshedpur FC, the 2021/22 ISL League Shield winners, will face Mumbai City FC, who are the current 2022/23 ISL League Shield winners in.

The AFC Champions League qualifier was needed as the AFC shifted from a calendar year to a August to May season.

Per the AFC slot system, a playoff has been scheduled between the League Shield winners of the aforementioned seasons to ascertain the team that will head to the group stages of the highest level of club competition in Asia.

The Sony Sports Network and FanCode will broadcast the match, which will kick-off at 8.30pm in Manjeri.
