ISL-4: Jamshedpur FC score 2-1 away win at Mumbai City FC!

Mumbai City FC suffered a 1-2 home loss to Jamshedpur FC in the Indian Super League at the Mumbai Football Arena on Thursday evening.

After chances at both ends, Jamshedpur FC took a scrappy lead in the 38th minute. A Farukh Choudhary shot was tried to be cleared by Marcio Rozario first, then Sanju Pradhan finally tried to clear but banged the ball into his own net.

Mumbai City FC tried to equalise before the break, but Jamshedpur FC went into the break with a 1-0 lead.

In the second session former Mumbai City FC goalkeeper Subrata Pal continued to deny his former team the equaliser until the 79th minute when Thiago Santos’ corner found Everton, who made no mistake to score.

But the result stood only for five minutes as in the 84th minute, Jamshedpur FC scored the winner. First a Kervens Belfort shot was saved by Amrinder Singh but then Bikash Jairu placed the ball in the net to get the Steelmen the winner and the three points.
