iSportconnect Set For Ace Digital Fan Engagement Masterclass at Wimbledon!

iSportconnect in collaboration with the All England Lawn Tennis Club in Wimbledon is set to organise the 2017 iSportconnect Digital Fan Engagement Masterclass.

Join them at Wimbledon for an unbeatable line up of the best digital players in the industry. There won’t be a single unforced error or double fault!

Delegates will walk in the footsteps of Serena Williams, Roger Federer and our very own Andy Murray, as the event will take place at the home of The Championships. Attendees will also be treated to a guided tour of the world-class facilities.

The event, which will take place on May 23, will see top-level sports business executives address a number of key topics in digital engagement. Despite the lack of live tennis to savour, there will be verbal rallies, many well-constructed points and maybe some strawberries and cream in between sets!

The topics under discussion include:

From Engagement to Affinity – What’s the difference between users/viewers and engaged fans? Do we need to stop worrying about views and likes? What does engagement look like? And how is it measured? What is missing?

From Fans to Paying Customers – How can sports and brands use digital tools to convert engagement into commercial activity? What are the best techniques and technologies?

Live Events: Growing the Digital Dimensions – How can sports use the latest digital tools to enhance the experience and entertainment for spectators at the event – and bring live events closer to fans who aren’t there? Will Virtual Reality live up to the hype?

As with all iSportconnect events, the day will include a free exchange of ideas and views, led by the panellists and including participation from those in the audience.

More details on the programme and participants will be announced soon.

As with all iSportconnect events, the day will be invite-only and operate under Chatham House rules to encourage free exchange of ideas and views.
