Jamshedpur FC play final pre-season match with Sikkim Premier League winners Sikkim Aakraman SC!

Jamshedpur FC is all set to play against Sikkim Premier League winners Sikkim Aakraman SC at Flatlets Training Ground in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on Tuesday, September 19.

After the draw against North East United FC, the Men of Steel are all prepared to win their last pre-season friendly match and pick up good momentum marching forward in the upcoming ISL season 2023-24.

Sikkim Aakraman SC has recently won the inaugural season of Sikkim Premier League which was recently kicked off with the help of former Jamshedpur FC players Bikash Jairu and Robin Gurung who all serve as Board of Directors in Sikkim Premier League. Both former Men of Steel after their playing career started initiatives to revive and develop Sikkim football. Their zeal to promote football and create future footballers in India is inspirational.

Bikash Jairu was excited by the opportunity and said said, “I would like to thank CEO – Jamshedpur FC, Mukul Choudhari for providing Sikkim Aakraman SC this opportunity to play against an ISL club. This collaboration extends the learning opportunity for these young lads and in promoting football in Sikkim. We hope to have more matches in future for the development of football in Sikkim.”

Loss 1-2 vs Sreenidi Deccan FC

Abandoned due to rain 2-0 vs Gokulam Kerala

Jamshedpur FC is all set to kick-off their ISL 10 season away in Kolkata vs East Bengal and will play their first home game at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur on October 5.
