Junior Girls National Football Championship – Day 5: Mix of Results!

Girls - Assam - DelhiDay five of the 2016 edition of the Junior Girls National Football Championship kicked-off in Cuttack, Odisha with four games played in total across the two official venues – Barabati Stadium and Odisha Police Ground.

Match No-17: Andhra Pradesh 0-25 Odisha – Barabati Stadium
Odisha trashed Andhra Pradesh by an incredible 25-0 scoreline. The goalscorers for Odisha were Jasmani Samad (4th), Arati Sethi (7th, 17th, 30th), Jabamani Tudu (8th, 13th, 25th, 42nd), Suman Pragyan Mohapatra (14th, 34th, 37th, 58th), Anima Malik (19th, 23rd, 55th), Subhadra Sahu (24th, 73rd, 77th, 84th), Munica Minz (36th), Subhadra Nayak (79th), and Laharee Mangaraj (53rd, 60th, 69th, 82nd).

Match No-18: Assam 0-2 Delhi – Barabati Ground
Delhi scored a 2-0 win over Assam. The goalscorers for Delhi were Ansuska Samuel (25th) and Mariya Tehreen Khan (41st).

Match No-19: Kerala 2-3 Goa – Odisha Police Ground
Goa scored a 3-2 win over Kerala. The goalscorers for Goa were Anline Fernandes (11th), Karishma (49th), and Sushmita Jadav (68th); while for Kerala, Unnimaya V. (13th), and Reshma E.R. (88th) scored.

Match No-20: Chandigarh 1-4 Mizoram – Odisha Police Ground
Mizoram won their match 4-1 over Chandigarh. The goalscorers for Mizoram were Vanlalhriathai (11th, 59th), Grace. H. Lalrampari (31st, 59th); while Neha Mann (63rd) scored the consolation goal for Chandigarh.
